I found this thread when I was searching for a good holding hair spray.

Can I get some recommendations?  

I spray my har well in the morning but by noon, it's gone.  My hair is really soft, that might be the reason the spray does not hold.  I don't even wash my hair every day so the problem is not just because my hair is just washed, even on the third day from hair washing, spray still does not hold.

The only product that I use is a gel before blowing my hair dry.

It's in the salon at my local WM but I buy it on Amazon.  I have heavily layered short-ish hair (base of my neck).
