I have watched Dr. charles stanley for many years, IN TOUCH, today was about drifting, about us as a nation drifting awawy from GOD,and us as a person drifting away, very much what is happening.

Such a beautiful windows thread, not the same as the 'other' Windows (10) threads.........Thank you for reminding me about the beauty of good people, pets and animals, and the original goodness of the good people who began this vast and wonderful country.   Let's all wish and hope that 'we the people' will preserve our independence for many, many years to come and give us awareness and the ability to think, which is of prime importance.  Heart  Let's always remember that 'independence' means being independent from others.  To decide what's best for ourselves, and not someone or something else do it for us.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

Blue Butterfly:

Hi Snappy and Friends,   I just started a post and we had a power surge from the thunderstorms that just rolled into the area at this time of night.  I know they occur at all hours, but usually here in Florida, they come during the daylight hours, when the sunshine and humidity cook something up for us.

I'll make this quick before the WiFi goes out again.  My GS had to hit the reset button in the garage.   I'm glad he did it so I didn't have to go fumbling around out there.

It's been hot, in the mid 90ies today in this area, further inland it was in the high 90ies with heat indexes up to 110 degrees.  I think I'd suffocate having to breathe that hot air.

We are not doing anything special for the 4th, but will see fireworks as the neighborhood usually has a lot of them.  Some have been going off before Mother Nature fired up her own and they have been spectacular and loud.  Lots of lightning and of course booming thunder.

Have a peaceful, if possible, and relaxing 4th of July and be safe and cool.   It is cool at home, my brother said it was in the 60ies, but they've had 2 days of rain and more tomorrow.  I'll take it when we can get it. Cat Very Happy
