In the Cotswolds, England. Can you just imagine staying here for a few days? It is for short term rent.

I hope that everyone had a good 4th of July.. I was just home and did some yard work (not much though)... It was nice to read from everyone..

I had a small crying spell this past week... This is the first 4th without Dad and I didn't think it would bother me, but then I started to remember all the past 4th of July's.. Dad would have a huge family picnic, some years we had a whole pig roasted other years hamburgers, hot dogs and of course all the usual extras.. So many family members have passed away and then the picnics got smaller and eventually they stopped (the last one was in 2012 and my Danny was alive so that added to my crying spell)..

Today is Sunday and I'm going to make plans for the coming week and try my hardest to think of other things.. I'm sorry the last few posts I have been "down in the dumps", thank you all for being here..

It is strange to me, at times, what brings on the tears..

Love to all of you and I thank each and everyone of you for your friendship and kindness..
