Hello Everyone.. I want to stop by and say hello to one an all... I'm still fighting the "C" battle and will be for the rest of my days.. Next week is another "round" of Chemo and then another scan to see where I am in putting "C" at rest (at least for now).. I felt good Monday through Wednesday, but the last 2 days have been difficult..

Oh your weather sounds so good to me. Sitting here in a tank top and capris. Temps in the 90s all week, but it's supposed to get a bit cooler and maybe, just maybe a little rain next week. That would be wonderful.

When do you dig up the banana plants? That sounds like such a huge deal to me.

Hi Lisa, thank you for taking the time to post. I think of you all the time and pray and it's a relief to hear from you. Sorry they have to do chemo, but I guess it's better than being told nothing can be done. Happy you had 2 days when you felt well. Hang on to that and know there will be other such days. You are loved in your real world and here. And we care oh so much.

Hi Snappy and Friends, It was quite chilly last night (40) and tonight it's a bit warmer, in the 50ies, but I hear the furnace running, and am wearing a hoodie and a flannel shirt.

I'm glad you are able to see the photos. I didn't realize that cleaning the cookies and cache would make the difference. Lesson learned. It's strange though that some could see the photos and a growing number of posters couldn't see them, I'm no savvy enough to get that.

Lisa, I have been keeping you in my prayers. I hope the chemo isn't too tough on you. Just rest, eat and keep hydrated, and I know you are taking care of yourself. You have a lot of support and love here. Sending a big hug to you.

I was gone a part of today with my daughter and one granddaughter. My younger brother is visiting his middle son near Seattle. Tonight he called to say his wife was in the hospital at Fort Lewis, due to feeling ill and some chest pain. She's undergoing tests and a stress test tomorrow. Not sure what's going on with her. I hope it's nothing serious. She's such a nice and sweet lady.

Snappy, I keep an eye on the long range forecast and kind of plan to have the bananas in before any frost gets here. I will probably start on them next week or the one after that. It's close to the right time and they've been out growing since the beginning of May, that's 6 months almost and they usually don't get that long of a summer break.

Sunday is prep day for a colonoscopy. Not fun at all but so necessary. If Charlie'd had one earlier, he might still be here with me. I will probably be grumpy by evening. Have a blessed day, my Friends, and take good care.
