Good Afternoon My Friends... 

I believe summer is finally coming to Ohio!  I had to have the riding lawn mover fixed (AGAIN), I know I bought it used, but every year it is something, better than paying over $1,000 for a new one.. I do use the gas powered (push type) lawnmower for the close edges.. Received a quote for cutting down some trees and waiting for one more quote.. There are 2 totally dead and then the other 6 I'm just having cut down also (that is just the front yard), the back I'm hoping on doing next year... 

The laptop broke (unrepairable), so I bought a new one nothing fancy, but it does the job.. 

It seems to always be something and as so many of you experience, doing it alone can be quite disheartening.. My son helps when he can, but he has been out-of-town working more often than not.. 

I have been trying to do something everyday.. The pictures are getting hung and I'm looking for more pictures, pillows, decorations.. I've realized my curtains are too long, they cover some of the heater/AC registers.. I'm thinking to bring out the sewing machine and hem them.. One thing at a time is what I keep telling myself..

Danny's Wife, so good to hear from you.  I know what you mean about up keep of the house.  Had new front steps put in and it cost $900.00.  They are nice and I think they give house a good look and they are safer.
