@possummink, I have a weakness for fondant and almond paste (or marzipan, in a pinch). I'll trade chocolate for either (or both) in a nanosecond.

Same here, Bebe..   I think chocolate is overblown in many cases.  I do love a good milk chocolate,  but ususally not by itself.  Love love love caramel ,  with anything.   chocolate, nuts, fruit, icecream, toffee, you name it, if there's caramel, I'm all there.

Possummink thanks so much for the treat of the Red Panda pictures, they are so sweet.  Love to go to our zoo and see them  for real.   They have wonderful personalities just like the black and white ones.  I think we enjoy them so much because they appear to be so gentle like a very young cub even as they age .My DH once gave me a huge stuffed black and white Panda Bear that I still have and keep in my bedroom.  Panda bears are one of the many gifts God has given us to love and enjoy.
