Sounds if you need to get over it. He's trying to keep you informed and cooperate apparently. We need to work at letting go of anger. Let it go, let it go!

You need to accept the fact that if he were to say, "I'm sorry", would have been an admission of guilt, and EVERY insurance company always tell their clients to NEVER say, "I'm sorry".
You need to get past this bitterness that you have towards them, otherwise it is just going to fester, and is only going to make YOU miserable.
This bitterness and resentment that you have towards them isn't healthy, and is like you drinking poison, and expecting them to die.

I agree. It's not a good idea to let emotions take over to this extent. The OP doesn't like him, he doesn't like her. It's time to turn attention elsewhere.
