I cannot tell a lie (nor cut down a cherry tree). My biscotti today taste very good, but I think I must have underbaked them in the first bake. Paul and Mary would frown. That's OK, they are still highly edible.
Here are mine. I saved these for you, @dex and @Drythe, since most of the rest are super crumbly. 😘
The second photo is how they're "supposed" to look as per the recipe book.
