What's everyone doing today?

As for me, I'm hoping to brag that the biscotti I will be baking this afternoon turn out well. 😉 The dough is chilling in the refrigerator right now.

They should be tasty as the recipe includes dried cranberries, dried apricots, and pistachios, along with anise seed and fennel seed.

I've made them before but infrequently so I never quite know how they'll turn out.

Later, I'll be eating a few (hopefully) good biscotti while watching a movie.

This afternoon: a load of laundry, completing wrapping gifts and baking cookies today and tomorrow. This evening I plan to read the Sunday newspaper and plan my week ahead.

What a coincidence, I baked vanilla almond biscotti today and they turned out good. I'm thinking about baking another batch tomorrow, but a different flavor.

it is a dreary, rainy, cool day here in baltimore and a perfect day to stay home. the football game is very important since we are coming down to the wire.

Finally got my tree up today and decorated.

Leaving for the Y shortly to do my lap swimming, then off to mom's for Sunday dinner.

Can't believe it's Sunday already ! Time sure is flying by these days.

Watching QVC and doing some more cooking for the week. I honestly don't know what to do with myself. For the first time in months, I don't have a to do list. I'm done.

Finished shopping Friday night. Took care of myself last night. Just enjoying the quiet before the house guests break in for several weeks on Tuesday.
