Hello to one and all! Woke up with sore shoulder and a headache! ...I will survive with Tylenol and Epsom salts!

Beautiful balloons! We had those in Colorado Springs when I lived there. Always fun to see.

hello all

sunny but coolish day today

did get my walk in, not suppose to be walking, had an emergency foot doc appoint yesterday somehow i picked up a massive blister on bottom of big toe i did see my foot doctor who just did all the surg on my toe/foot, even he is stumped as to why i am getting this massive blister on bottom of big toe. toe is all bandaged up with band-aid/gauze pads/adhesive tape/ointment anyway, dr said no more walking, i am not going to sit down and relax.

did get a full walk in this morn.

just got a call from my new GI doctor see him on thurday. my old gi doctor retired. they got all the updated info ,meds/surgeries/and so forth.

not to much else. later guys

Nay.  Like Harney & Sons, NM Tea Company tea is available in black resealable bags.  I'm avoiding the tins.

But I do enjoy their decorative labels.
