Remember: My surgery was scheduled for the morning but there were delays and it was pushed out until later in the day.  Which gave my appendix plenty of time to rupture.

But as frustrating as that was, if my appendix hadn't ruptured, they never would have discovered the necrotic ileum and I would have gone home and probably died on the couch while watching cable news.

So, sometimes in the hospital, a bad thing can turn out to be a good thing.

Brisk, back in the hive....
Thanks for thinking about me! I noticed! ๐Ÿ˜Ž
@viva923, I cry just thinking about doctors! I have been DR phobic since I had my daughter. She has Cerebral Palsy if I haven't told you. We went to different Doctors all the time and therapy for years. She can now walk, eat and high functioning.
Beautiful also but hey I am her mother! Very prejudice ๐Ÿ˜‰

Interesting times we are living in. I missed the good news but I will look later to see what's new!

My life does revolve around my farm of animals๐Ÿ™„ Yes, we are in a neighborhood of animal lovers! Thank God. Kepler only escapes about once a month now! He is inmature compared to Marigold. She knows everything...๐Ÿ˜Š
Ok, nothing is happening that I am surprised about. Rocky roads ahead and it's alot of crazy days and nights.
Take care everybody and be safe out there.....
Brisk out on a beautiful hot Colorado day....

Re: The Bee Hive -- July 2024 Edition

There was a break in the action here so I drove to the bank and then to The Dollar Tree.  Remember when I said that one of the associates at the store told me when the 2025-2026 pocket calendars would be delivered?

She sure knew her stuff.  Great selection and I found a design I liked.  I'm set for the future and it only cost $1.25. Woman LOL

If I didn't know better, I'd think you worked in psych.
