They always claim on E bay that none of the New with tags stuff is stolen , but I find that highly doubtful.

@Meowingkitty,   OMG!   Good for you getting the license plate no.  The nerve of some people.  Eventually, the thief will get caught and go to jail.  That will hopefully straighten her out but maybe not.  Some people are beyond repair.  Cat Very Happy
