Honestly I rarely have cash. But if I do and it touches my heart I give them some money. I don't analyze who they are or what they are going to do with it. I am very blessed, not to say I have a lot but I've never spent the night out on the street. I just follow my heart. I know a lot of people are scammers but that's on them not me.
