it was a busy day for me today. Did many chores to get them out of the way for the week.

it was super foggy and very very wet this morn. Very humid this morn. Still humid.

not much else.last load in washer.

birdmama, at least you can see why i vent at times, get to tired of being alone. dh is at work today and again tomorrow, off the weekend, than back to the long work week, always gone again.

not much else going on. did many chores, huge load in dryer, got walk in.

woke up to heavy fog looked like or near zero visibility. dh had to drive in the pea soup to work.anyway, it is very damp, very humid,still very overcast, going to take the sun a long time to burn off this cloudyness.

For the second day in a row, I'm getting glimpses of sunshine.  It's on the windy side today and if I can believe my phone it's 57 degrees.  

I caught the end of a scary movie yesterday morning called the Wasp Woman. 

This is what she looked like when she wasped out, lol.

Bless the special effects folks back in 1959.  As you can see in this photo, she has a visible human neck.

birdmama, the wasp woman was just on turner classic movies I believe a week ago. I watched it once and ONCE was enough, horrible acting and script was DUMB!!!!

NOT much else right now. Have to get dressed.

we have been really enjoying this perfect weather. Although my back has been really troubling me I wanted to vote early. The other day they had early voting at the county complex,which is just a short drive from our house. Wow,was it convenient,didn't even have to get out of the car. They checked your ID,brought you a folder and ballot. Then took it to the tent where they had the machines hooked up to read it,all while you watched. No excuse for not voting,really easy and quick

Michigan had a ballot proposal I think 2 years ago that asked residents if they wanted mail-in ballot voting for no reason.  Like you didn't have to say you were sick or a certain age.  I voted yes then and I've voted by mail (not really - I put it in the drop box near me) this year.  Mine was dropped off on October 1 and the State of Michigan website showed it as received a day or two later.  This is the way to go.

Does anyone here know Pooky1 who posts on the Kitchen thread and has a long time? Have not seen a post from him in more than a month? Hope he and his are well.
