Yes, I like to read people’s responses that uplift and also bring me happiness. I’m a strange individual, I guess.

I read your response last night before going to bed and thought of your previous response also.

Turns out, I do get something out of these specific posts. Let me explain my reasoning please. I think there are invisible (not seen, nor heard) posters on the boards who post in “safe threads” and once these posters become familiar with other like minded people they start to appear and share their thoughts. I have always been the peace keeper in my family, my husband’s family and throughout daily life. It’s a hard habit to break. I post with the once invisible posters and hopefully their comfort level increases and they become more social with others on the boards.

I wish I had magical powers to bring back the posters who have left the board due to unspecified reasons.

I have a friend who comes to my house every four weeks to help me with my dog and cat's nails. I think that is SO nice. She volunteered to do this when I got my cat. I couldn't possibly cut his nails by myself.

I try to do things for her in return, but I couldn't possibly do enough to return this favor.
