@happycatI used to do that when I would push myself and was really tired. So I quit while I'm ahead when I'm tired. Maybe everyone should quit pushing them selves. I had a friend years ago that was dying from a heart valve that was on recall but she was to weak to get it changed, when it breaks you are a goner. Well her husband told me about it , we were neighbors, he came to the fence to tell me about all this.. Well  she came home and came to the fence and pretendid she was fine and said she always had a bad heart and  the doctors every so often would stop her heart and get the rythm going  again.. And we ended our conversation and she said she had to go wash her dishes. A week later she was cleaning up a storm and , I was outside taking a break and kept hearing her phone just ringing, and ringing , and alittle while later her daughter screamed for someone to help her that her Mother was laying on the kitchen floor, I went running over and she was dead. I have never really gotten over it . It's been 34 years this July. I am really scared to die this way killing myself trying to keep the house up, I am reaching 65 this year and I tell myself that I don't want housework be the last I do before I die. So ladies pace yourself it will all be there to do even when we are gone. Enjoy Life A Lot And Relax .

@NicksmomESQ

Sorry to read you have had shingles so many times. I've had it once, and that hopefully will be the only time.

I have had 2nd degree burns, in unmentionable areas of my body, 1 a pretty big area, the other was small. Not sure you have a 2nd degree, but burns are painful. Battled my unmentionable burn for over 6+ months, making sitting down in our SUV a miserable experience every single time.

I don't pay any attention to "they say" myths. Life happens and for many it is multiple not so good events. Always been an optimist regardless of living through several multiple life threatening events for myself, and several very serious emergency medical issues with my wife. Optimism was my greatest friend during all of those times.

Wishing you the best in the upcoming days,

Feeling your pain!  Hope you are well soon.  Does an ice pack help you?  It did me.

I have had them twice.  I have RA and was in the clinical trial for Humeria.  One week in, I developed shingles which ran through my right  eye 👁 .

Into the hospital I went!  OUCH!

After I was all clear I begged to get back into the trials, thinking it was only a fluke and wanting help with RA so badly.  48 hrs. afterwards injection the red stripe was back, running down my forehead again.

As soon as I could I got the vaccine, with my immunologists total blessing!

No more shingles for me!

Shingles AND a burn -- together!   That is awful.

I'm thinking--maybe a purse??  Or wallet.  Lipstick?  Some makeup?  Just something to lift your spirits a bit, because it is obvious you are under a LOT of stress and I think you deserve it.

You're welcome, LOL.

Rest, relax and feel better!
