I do not regift but that being said, if I receive something I know I will not use, I pass it along to someone I think will use it. I do tell them I received the item (s) as (a) gift(s).

I totally agree with Reba055.   Nothing wrong with regifting as long as you are truthful and especially when you know someone else would love the item and make use of it!

i have never re-gifted because i feel that a gift was personally chosen for me and i apprecciate the gesture.  it would make me feel bad if someone did that to me.  but, we have no control over what others do, so i learn to live with that possibility.

I think it is better to pass something on to someone I know will love it rather than just keeping it in a closet and never using it. I never wrap it up as a gift but I just tell who I give it to that I couldn't use it and knew they might like it. I have never thought twice about doing this but have not had to do it but a couple of times.

Absolutely! I do not see anything wrong with it.
