No. When I go for my morning walk at 5am it's now dark outside, so I take my flashlight. But nothing else has changed.

Yep, I'm going to bed earlier and usually get up earlier too. And time hasn't even changed yet.

Nope. Nothing changes for me.

Routine change? Nope.

Nope, nothing really changes except that I find myself ready for bed a bit earlier! We turn our clocks back an hour Nov 1st, and it will be dark by 5p or earlier, but I feel like I am used to it after all of these years....Hubby and I go to bed early during the week because we are up early for work, and in the winter months its harder to get out of bed in the morning when its cold and dark!

you asked "Does Your Daily Routine Change Since The Sunsets Earlier Now❓"
@Reconnaissant Not really. I pretty much have the same routine year round. I eat my one meal of the day (dinner) about 3:30-4:00pm....and go to bed about 7:30 ish....watch TV in bed....check my iPad.....(all the things you are told NOT to do before sleep😄).
I get up about 3:30 AM and start my day.

No. The only thing that changes is my irritation with having to change all my clocks. I don't really care which time they choose here in Nebraska. Just pick DST for all year, or give it the complete boot!
My time goes by the clock, not by what time the sun comes up or the sunset. I worked every type of night shift my company used, and also regular daytime hours. On 1 night shift "night is day, and day is night", a complete reversal of how most worked in those years.
I managed to adapt in spite of working 9 hours instead of 8 when they turned the clock back in the fall. Unfortunately in those years when they "sprung forward" in the spring, I still started at Midnight and worked till 8:00am. Not 7 hours, but still 8. The 4 to Midnight shift got the 7 hour shift.

I kinda like it when the "night closes in". I feel like we are the only ones in the world.
My Daddy was a fireman and hated it when it got dark so early. He felt like he went to work in the dark and came home in the dark. That was working days.

My bird is the same way. I usually cover him around 6:00 PM but when the time changes he thinks he should go to bed at 4:00 PM. He goes to his upper perch and is ready to settle down to sleep. Birds need 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness. I always tell him I'm not getting up to uncover you at 4:00 AM.
