Have never really had it before but made a toasted bun sandwich with Jack Daniel's Pulled Pork and it was delicious!

Made cole slaw to control ingredients, didn't want it too sweet and more vinegar to offset any sugary taste from the BBQ sauce mixed in with the pork.

Surprising the sauce wasn't too sweet and now I'm hooked, very convenient.

Do you have a favorite brand and do you usually make a sandwich or serve it another way?

Pulled pork is a favorite here, so I make it at least once a month.  We don't eat it as a sandwich, just on our plate with baked beans, potato salad or slaw.

Re: Anyone Eat Pulled Pork?

One of my pressure cookers smells like BBQ from making pulled pork in it. Yum!!!

We also eat BBQ shredded chicken sandwiches.

We both love BBQ.

We mix half n half Head Country BBQ sauce with the Original Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.

Head Country started getting thinner before they sold the place. Now it's even thinner.  Sweet Baby Ray's is thick.

I don't want any other brand BBQ sauce. We eat it on homemade rolls or homemade hamburger buns.

Yum!

Homemade rolls and hamburger buns sound great too.

It's funny with our atypical 70's weather vs normal snowy weather here in Denver I'm craving summer food ha.

Will be having Corky's ribs in the next couple days Smiley Happy

When I lived in the Caribbean, pork was very popular there. They would roast a whole pig in a open fire pit on the beach. Then the meat was taken off and shredded, seasoned and served with rice and beans. Sides included plantanos (a type of green banana not sweet but like a boiled potato), fritters and codfish cakes.

It's supposed to be cold in Dec. It's 78° in OK. We broke a record.

We made our Prime Rib Sat in the Ronco E-Z Store Rotisserie. It always turns out so good.

We didn't want to mess with it yesterday or today. Eating ham leftovers today.

DH made homemade biscuits this morning with sausage gravy from sausage he makes.

I told him he needed to start making bacon.

They have smoked baby back ribs at the meat market on Sat so we will pick up a slab.

Enjoy this nice weather.
