This is why I use my Amex for almost all online shopping.  One call to them and they take care of everything.  As stated upthread, call your credit card company and have them do a chargeback to the company and give you a refund

go to Amazon and enter "call customer service."  You'll have to click a couple things before you get the option to have Amazon call you. They call back pretty quick.
