I agree. Funny, quirky,a bit different. Ralph Fiennes was very good in it. Watched Boyhood last Friday night and feel the same way that I did about Grand Budapest Hotel. Good movie, well acted but award winner? Not really. In Boyhood, I can understand how it won at the Golden Globes for (maybe) the cast staying together for 12 years to make this movie but it was kinda boring really. It'll be interesting to see what movies do well at any award shows left working up to the Academy Awards.
