Easy Chocolate Pudding

2/3 c sugar

1/4 c cornstarch

3 T unsweetened cocoa

1/8 t salt

3 c milk

2 T butter

1 t vanilla

Combine the sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, and salt in a medium saucepan. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, boil 1 minute. Remove from heat add butter and vanilla.

Eat warm or chill and eat cold. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

I just open a box of either instant or Jello cook to serve pudding.
