I have several pieces and some single stones. Nice quality and well made. I haven't had to return anything. 

They have (due to competition) have stepped up their game a lot. Before I purchase any jewelry I check all of the big players in the jewelry business to compare prices.

The Q remains as the pricey option. 🤷🏼‍♀️  I did a lot of comparison yesterday, and as a result I did not purchase anything.
