When I want or need an item of clothing, I go to a local B&M store.  I want to try it on, feel the fabric, read the care instructions, and check the quality of the seams, buttonholes, etc., in person.  You can't do that buying clothes from a TV program or online.  Also, sizing of all QVC clothing lines, including SG, is inconsistent.  I agree that SG items are priced way too high for what you get (in my opinion).  But all of QVC's clothing is priced too high once you add on shipping costs and taxes.
