Did you hear of see yesterday,s news?  Eighty two year young women beat the c%%%p out of young man intruder that broke into her home?  She is a heavy weight lifter.  Started in her 70,S.    Never too old.  He picked the wrong house.

My husband told me about that woman taking down a man yesterday.  We got a good laugh and said we'd continue going to the gym as long as we can!!
