To Doll 10?

Not sure about this but I think DOLL 10 is the name she used when presenting on QVC UK.  Guess she (or higher ups) decided to use one name for the brand and kept DOLL 10.  It is less confusing then having two different brand names for a vendors product.

I'm not entirely sure, but it's been a huge turnoff for me. I don't like the connotations that come with mixing women, makeup, and dolls.

Yes, but which legal reason? I may have figured it out. She started using Doll 10 when she began selling on the UK QVC. That usually happens because someone else owns the name in a country you're expanding to. If they hold the name first and you sell a similar product, you're open to lawsuits. There's a German company called Dalton Cosmetics that sells skincare and makeup across the UK and eastern Europe. She probably couldn't sell there under the Dalton name and went to Doll 10 because it sounds similar but look very different.

There is a European company with the name Dalton Cosmetics, so outside the U.S. she had to use a differnet name.  It makes sense to keep the name the same on a global level, I suppose.

I'm just glad I gave this line a chance.  I always turned the channel when Doris and a previous host got into those talk over each other contests.  I never bought a thing until recently and I'm hooked on the lipsticks, rich creamy nudes.  I'm up to around 10.  Doris, more colors, please.

I love the name," Doll10"  She should have thought of it yrs ago.....lol  I love her products!
