I read that a clinical trial was conducted in Japan, comparing rice derived phytoceramides to wheat derived. The rice derived proved significantly better. You can google it 🙂

I decided to try Best Phytoceramides from sweet potatoes.$24.98....350 mg x 2 day 200 per bottle and great reviews.....Hoping they help crepe skin ,bruising and plump face some as some reviews claim..Will update if they work.

Many brands use rice and sweet potatoes instead of wheat.

I just bought two bottles of those from Amazon. @Sparky3333  Really good price and reviews were compelling. We'll see how well they work.

There is a brand on ebay made in USA called Green Day, very good feedback. Selling a 30 count made from rice and sweet potatoes, for $5.99 each, Buy 2 get one free.

I take Andrew's and it helps a great deal with dry eyes.

 

I notice a difference right away when I go off of it.
