I have been reading the forums for a long time but have never posted. I became interested in the "skinny muffin" you often post about and decided to try different variations to see which I liked best. Chocolate is a winner for sure. To the plain recipe, I added about 1/4 teaspoon of cherry jello (sugar free) and it was delicious. No added calories or carbs. I will try adding orange jello next. Thank you for all your recipes/variations.

Congrats on your weight loss and for keeping it off. That's surely the difficult part!
