An acquaintance called CS and did not like the Kind bars after trying a few. She was told to return them. I think if a food product is something that would spoil if returned then no they don't want it back to have to deal with the mess.

The solution is to ask for a CS supervisor or call back and get a new rep!

They definitely DO NOT want the food product back!
