Sorry you are dealing with those. I know how you feel.
I keep having them on my stomach under my left breast where I had pain since I had Shingles. I have also had a few left side back & waist where I had pain.
For some reason I have them near my shin/ankle on right leg & my feet.
It's different when you get a charlie horse in your calf you can walk off but where I have spasms I don't know how to move or stretch to make it stop.

Don't call your physician. Waste of time.
Go to Urgent Care. (Do not go to ER. Only go to ER, if you are ill.)

Try ice. On and off until the pain subsides. And ibuprofen every 4 hours don't let it wear off for 24 hours. Good luck hope you feel better

@Pqfan It's not fun having any kind of pain expecially when you have no clue as to what is causing it. It may not be a back issue. Kidney stones can cause such pain. There are many other issues also that it could be rather than back. There has got to be some type of urgent care near where you are. Take an Uber or taxi. If you are a senior citizen you could call your local Office on Aging and they might be able to help with transportation. Please don't suffer alone. Get help.

If you are having pain in the middle of your back between shoulder blades you need to call an ambulance.. You could be having a heart attack.

Hi.
I am feeling a little better today.
I think I pulled a muscle somehow and that caused the spasms.
I have been lifitng alot of heavy things.
I didn't even realize I should not do that anymore like I used to.
Thanks again! <3

Thank you so much for your update! So glad you are feeling better! What did you do that eased your pain? Was it just time that caused it to get better? You're probably right about it being a muscle spasm from lifting heavy objects! Please know that we care about you!!! We are your friends! You are NOT alone!!
