@brandiwine

I also have Sjogrens, I had my tear ducts cauterized in November, the results were great for two months. But after that, I'm back to extremely dry eyes.

I also tried serum eye drops, didn't make any difference.

I asked my eye doctor for a script for Miebo. It has really helped my dry eyes. Like another poster said, tears would be running down my face. Now I just have occasional watery eyes so a definite improvement with these eye drops. I've also used Restatis years ago and that also worked well. Reva

My eye doctor recommended the Refresh with flax seed oil for me. It really helps and is soothing.

@I am still oxox  Thanks for the suggestion.  I use Systane during the day and they help a bit.  Decided to order the Ivizia night gel.  Hopefully it will help.

@I am still oxox   THANK YOU SO MUCH for recommending Ivizia.  I ordered from Amazon.  I got the individual vials for night use.  What a difference from the Systane ointment.

I read your post and ordered the Ivizia from Amazon since Refresh didn't help and the one my eye doctor suggested didn't help either(Systane) so far Ivizia is helping and works the best so far. Thank you for suggesting it

Are use an electric heated eye mask like Sillee Me does.
It's the only thing that's helped my dry eye problem.

I switched to Blink Eye Drops and they work better than other brands I tried.  They are pricey though.

Tried the Blink supplement but even taking it with food caused it to upset my stomach really bad and had to quit taking it.

I found an important supplement - Sea Buckthorn Oil . I found research online about it I used to be on Restadis. I dont use any eyedrops now. It's also helpful for vaginal dryness. It's a capsule I take daily by mouth. I get mine on Amazon.

I have had dry eyes for years now. No cure for it and have been on daily eyedrops for the last month, as per the eye dr I went to---so going back to him this Tuesday prob for rx eye drops--- used restasis before that worked for the symptoms, but not a cure.  I do have cataracts but have to get the dry eye under control before surgery.
