I do this, but from the comfort of my bed.  I lay at the head of the bed and  lift my legs against my headboard.  No laying on the floor and getting up since my knee replacements.

@Desertdi  Was going to say it would require EMT's to get me out of that position

Looks easy enough for me, so I may give it a try.

 

I used to be very flexible so I should be able to get back up off the floor.

 

Maybe have something close by to grab onto. Cat LOL

hsn sells teeter inversion tables which do this and more including helping the spine and it doesn't require getting ones body on the flloor

I'm getting more interested natural ways of improving health.  I'm going to give this a try.
