Say a prayer for me that the lung scan I just had this morning turns out okay. I was a heavy smoker for many years and have COPD, but I also have to have a lung scan every year to check for cancer. And BTW, if you still smoke, please quit. The end result isn't always pretty. Thanks.

Saying a prayer....but...there are many new treatments for non small cell lung cancer...

Sister has been living for 11 years with lung cancer...still present but is being treated as a chronic illness

She was on the clinical trial of one such drug,and it worked!!

So prayers allaround...
