Just a FYI...it’s not yoga in the traditional sense.

‘DDP’ stands for Diamond Dallas Page, a WWE wrestler.

He created this style of yoga to heal his injuries from wrestling.

When I saw this viral video (has over 14Million views) I wanted to try! 

It’s not for everyone, but makes yoga very approachable.

When I was younger used to do Bikram hot yoga.  I had to quit to take care of my parents in different city.  It helped my stress and neck and shoulder problems I had.

Well I found another one now that is just an hour instead of 90 minutes.  It is a lot better.  My Dr. Said the heat helps stress in a new study like a sauna.  If I am tired I can just lay there for a few minutes.  I also do Yin.
