@JeanLouiseFinch  Sorry to hear about your crown!

My nephew is my dentist ... he makes crowns while you wait ... no return trips! Last time we went, he did two crowns for me, and one for my husband, all in one visit!! 🦷🦷🦷.

Happy to hear, at least, that you have no pain. Happy Thanksgiving! 😊🦃

The dental office resumed regular hours yesterday and I had my appointment.  Fortunately, the temporary cement held and I was able to make it through Thanksgiving and the weekend unscathed.  Unfortunately, the news at my appointment wasn't so good.  The remaining tiny bit of tooth under my crown cannot be saved so a replacement crown procedure is out of the question. They took impressions and ordered a flipper.  I go back on the 20th for the tooth removal and bone grafting process for an implant. I have some dental insurance but it's still going to cost me a bundle.  The insurance company won't cover the flipper either, they say it's cosmetic, so that will all be out of pocket.  Oh well. 🤷‍♀️
