Re: Welcome to the October Exercise Thread

Geeze Bopper snow already in your area. SW Pa. here and we are having snow flurries today unreal so early for this weather. Other years I am still mowing my grass on Halloween. Wonder how the rest of the month is going to be?. Nomless still mumbling prayers for you to find that perfect job. I do mean mumbling words I had to help witha dinner last night and I swear I never had to wash as many pans, baking trays, silverware etc. in my life. It seemed like it took forever to get the kitchen back to normal and it was only for 155 guests. Today so far I have done nothing except shower and dressed. Have a good day everyone. Sure do miss Patty hope she and the family are healthy.

Re: Welcome to the October Exercise Thread

Hi, today was sunny and in the 40's so I'll take it.  I rode my Xbike out on my deck in the sunshine watching my hubby and son cut down a big pine tree.  I was nervous I"ll admit watching my son way up in the tree standing on a limb with a hand saw to first saw the limbs off and then they got the chain saw and away they went and it fell in the right spot so all is good.   Then I took a trail walk with Logan...

Watched the Lions get their 1st win,,,sad but true and now getting ready for the baseball game, go Cubbies!

Nomless do you have a Zoodle spiralizer thingy?  I may get one but not sure hubby would eat spaghetti with zuccchini noodles..

cater you had a lot of dishes to wash..I don't blame you for not doing anything today.

Patty we all miss you here if you are reading....just  pop in to say Hello to everyone...

Have a nice evening .

Hi, Bopper, nice that you had sun today.  What a relief the tree cutting was successful.  If I had been watching, I would have been worried, too.  Thanks for cheering for the Cubs!

I don't have a spiral cutter.  I'm not sure how much I'd use it.

Re: Welcome to the October Exercise Thread

I just saw Jillian do an interview about her new show, Sweat, Inc.  It's a Shark Tank- tye show for fitness products.  It looks interesting.  It starts tomorrow (Tuesday) night on Spike TV at 10 pm eastern time.

Nomless I don't get that channel, do you?  I"ve never heard of Spike TV...darn it...let me know what its all about if you have it.

Very windy today and in the 40's so it feels even colder.

Good luck at the dentist, Bopper.

It's too bad you don't get Spike.  Yes, my cable provider has it, so I'll watch Jillian's show.  Here is a web page about the series.

I made BHG fennel potato soup today, shown here.  Rather than measuring the produce as cups, I used 1 fennel bulb, 1 potato, and 1 onion.  I used whole milk and omitted the sausage.   Yummy!  This recipe is a keeper for me.

Soon, I'll do ChaLean Burn 1.  Ugh.

Re: Welcome to the October Exercise Thread

Hi all, chilly and windy today.  I rode the bike for 15 miles and walked.

Nomless sending up prayers and luck for your interview.   Go kill it!!!

I'm making that turkey meatloaf you posted about but have to search back to make sure I did it right.  I didn't put anything over the top, forgot if you did that.  I have BBQ sauce I could put on the top.

Other than that pretty quiet here, had my hair done this afternoon so running a little behind.

Have a great night everyone!
