Re: Welcome to the July Exercise Thread

Bopper - I want to see pics!  Love cranberry accent walls in kitchens.  My kitchen is blue and yellow and I do accents in red.  Actually I have to have some red in every room.  My bedroom is red and white; I have a few reddish flowers in the bathroom; some throw pillows in my living room have red in them and a print on the wall has some red in it.   Would love to see pics of your kitchen.

Re: Welcome to the July Exercise Thread

Good Morning, went out at 8:30 and walked before it gets to warm out.  It was very dewy out, in fact the grass is still wet.

Will use the BG this afternoon.

Judy not sure how to do that, I'm not real techy  LOL   I have to tweek it a little, it's not quite the shade I want but I like it.  I have a round oad antique pedestal table and antique pressed back chairs ( my grandmothers) so that's my kitchen.   My dad's antique mirrored dresser I use in there for my buffet so to speak.  They mean a lot to me to have them.

The rest of our week is going to be pretty hot and humid, not a fan but I'll be saying the "S" word all too soon and most of you know ....

Enjoy the day!

Re: Welcome to the July Exercise Thread

Bopper - I love those pics!  I know they aren't your house but I love the colors!

Didn't do any exercise this morning.  Stayed up way too late last night watching safari live and lion cubs.  How could I possibly go to bed when I could watch lion cubs?!  Maybe tonight when I get home, I'll have the energy to do a little something.

Have a good day everyone!

Re: Welcome to the July Exercise Thread

I love those photos,  too.  I have a few accents in orange, yellow and red.  I want more, but those colors are hard to find.

I had a dental appt at 7:30 today...ugh.  What a way to start the day! At least it's done, but unfortunately I have to go back to get a cavity filled.  Dang.  No dental insurance now either.  I've looked at policies but they seem to cost a lot and cover little.  I'm not sure it's worth the expense.  Oh, well.

I did cardio today.

Laura, I hope you have a  uneventful trip home.

Good evening ladies!  I did a short workout tonight as I felt very stressed from the day & thought it would help to relax.  Hope you all have a good night.

Laura - did you get home yet?  Hope your trip home was uneventful & all is well.

Hi everyone!  Took the dogs for a short walk this morning...it was 99 when we got back.  I thought no way am I going on the treadmill....but after cooling off a little, I did ...took 33 minutes to a 2.5 miler.

Hey @bopper - that pic you posted looks like Takwamenan (sp?) Falls....my parents went there on their honeymoon.....I saw lots of beautiful slides from that area!

Re: Welcome to the July Exercise Thread

Hi all, did my errand running this morning and then came home and did more painting.  It's drying now   The color wasn't exactyly right so re-did it in a little darker shade.  I think I like it.  It takes me a while to know!

It's a hot one here too, 91 here.  You don't hear me saying that too often do you?  HahahaI won't complain, as I have said before Winter comes way to fast for me!

Judy I hope you have a good day!

MickD good job on the treadmill, and your way too hot...I think when it's past 90 it's just plain hot no matter what the number!

Anyone getting the TSV trees?  My parents never had one of those.  I know many did though.  I'm on the fence, not crazy about the star on the top and the bottom lights seemed not as bright as the top.  I bet there will be returns.

Nomless how's it going for you today?  I watered my flowers and the hose water was so hot it took over 5 minutes for it to get cold.

I'm watching baseball now, and then I"ll go check the walls.  I'd like to clean up now.

Have a good one!
