Left work a bit early. Did ab flow yoga, a new one today. We're getting ready for some thunderstorms here so I am off to batten down the hatches.

Happy Monday!
Today I did a Sunny Health & Fitness cycling workout for hills and was about 30 minutes. It was challenging but doable for me as I recover from my cold. Then found a 10 minute TG cable workout, so did that and 10 minutes on my Pilates chair.
It's been partly sunny today which is nice after our ice storm.
I hope everyone is doing okay and recovering.
Hang strong team!

Tone it up Tuesday Right??
Today was 30 minutes on the spin bike. A combination of a bootcamp workouts with dumbbells and bike and it was great. Then did the Pilates chair for about 20 minutes and a 25 minute outside dog walk on the snowy trail. Sun is out and it felt mild in the 30's.
Amazing what the sun can do to make you feel better!

I did what I call Rec Center Lite with weights today.. #5 weights.. better than nothing. Doing what I am told by my eye doc.. Cardio too.. also got a decent walk in. so keeping minimally active. Yes, @bopper , having the sun out does wonders for us. It's not warm today, but sunny here - makes a difference. Tomorrow- snow returns..
Unsettled March. I am doing decent with the greens.. Experimenting still. It's not easy when it's not something I would normally reach for. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy greens, just not every day. I may look into "green" shots get it over with quick.. HA!
Bye for now. Have a good evening everyone.

I bought a new exercise bike. It is called Teeter. It was the today's special on HSN. I really like it. I do about 20 to 25 minutes. I took a chance and it worked out well.

Quick thoughts everyone..What about TSV today- the salmon. Being in CO I am landlocked. I shop WF and can buy theirs.. This gets very good rviews and might be nice to have in the freezer. I don't order food on the Q- Only reason I asked, I bought a 6oz piece already cooked at WF and it was $9 but don't know exactly where it came from, how many people handled it etc.. what do you think???

Yoga for Dancers today. My legs are tired.
Still storming here. We are going from the 80s to the twenties by the weekend. Welcome to Spring! My grass is starting to grow which I am beyond not ready to start that weekly ritual again as good as it is for my fitness. Not ready!
@violet runner I don't like fish so I can't help you but hopefully someone has an answer for you.

Hi everyone! Sorry I didn't check in yesterday. I was in the office and was really busy, so I didn't have a chance. Plus, the way my desk is set up--everyone can see my computer screen. However--that is about to change--they are reconfiguring my office so that my 'computer' desk faces front and no one can see the screens. Also--yesterday, I got a 'magic' book because I do everything old school--pen/paper. It is a reusable notebook called Rocketbook. I bought one of the first versions several years ago, but this updated version is awesome--when you are ready to "wipe" the book--you put it in the microwave with a cup of water on it!! Plus, you have symbols at the bottom of each page that you can assign to various emails or cloud storage and when you check that symbol--it sends it to that place!!
I had a dance lesson last night and told my instructor that the amateur partner that I danced with last week was not going to be a good fit because my personality was way too big for him. He agreed and now has to facilitate a breakup. LOL. But my lesson was my exercise yesterday.
It is snowing today and they expect 4-8 inches overnight. Unfortunately, the wind is blowing, so the streets are already icy. I stayed home and am working remotely today.
Hope you all have a great rest of the day!

Happy Hump Day!
Today was 30 minutes on the cycle a Dirty 30 Ride and whewie,,, it was hard. I am still more of a beginner and this wasn't a beginner ride but I knew that going in. Then did a 21 minute dumbbell workout with some folks on youtube Juice and Toya and that was good. Stretched on the reformer.
@Catiele welcome! I think I know the Teeter bike you are talking about. Do the handles move and its more of a recumbent bike? It looks like a beauty!
@violet runner I love fish! I don't know anything about the Q food though. If we could afford it I'd eat salmon a few times a week but it's pricey!! But what isn't right? I'm terrible with greens so your not alone. What is this green shot you speak of Haha...
It's partly sunny and windy. But in the 20's.
@Laura14 don't even talk about grass....We're buried as I have said. First mow is probably June and the end of June and I'm not kidding either!
Not much else here but I'm starving so lunch time!
Later!
