How and when do you take your supplements? I take all in the morning with my breakfast. ( C, D, Hair-Skin-Nails, Calcium, FIsh OIl, Magnesium) . It seems they never tell when to take them, only with or without food.

I usually only eat lunch and dinner, so I take my supplements right before my meals. I don't like to take anything I don't have to take on an empty stomach, as I have a stomach that is prone to being easily upset.

I take quite a few so I spread them out throughout the day after my first meal which is usually lunch. I don't think there's a best time to take it though the bottle might say take with or take without food. If it doesn't specify Id take it whenever. I figure taking them consistently is more important than the time.

I take all my vitamins and supplements in the morning except my collagen, which I take after dinner.

I take Vitamin D3 because I need it to maintain the necessary blood levels. I take Zinc which my doctors have said will strengthen my old immune system.
Take 2000mg of Vitamin D3 in the morning, along with 25mg of Zinc. In the evening the same exact dosages.

I take mine at night. About an hour before I go to bed.

I take Vitamin D, a multi vitamin, and a vision supplement, and these are best absorbed when taken with a bit of fat. So I'll take them after lunch. Sometimes I'll also take omega-3 and pc liver & brain. When I do, I just take them with the others after lunch.

It really depends on what exactly you are taking. Some can give you a little burst of energy, or at the very least, a small bit of energy. I take a multi-vitamin that contains B's, known to produce energy. I occasionally supplement with an Iron tablet every now and then, also known to give energy. CoQ10 gives energy, so do research and take the energy producing vitamins earlier in the day. I rarely take vitamins right before bed unless I know it doesn't contain anything that might keep me awake, I have enough problems sleeping through the night.
