I walk on my treadmill and use my elliptical in my nice cool basement!

When my mom passed away a few years ago,in Sun City West, Az, I ended up being there for 2 1/2 weeks in the middle of July. It was 113-117 every day and I was miserable. The dryness of the Phoenix area destroys me, drying out everything from the bottoms of my feet(to where they hurt tremendously) to my sinuses, to my hair. Anyway, it was a very stressful time and I had to exercise so I did swim a bit and use my dad's exercise bike in the airconditioned house but I needed to walk. So, I decided to walk at 9:30 at night on the golf course pathways while the sprinklers were on. Even that didn't help. It was oppresive to the point that I could not breath. I have spent alot of time in that Arizona desert and that heat in the summer is awful!
