Hi BigBro6,

The bands are so easy to roll and unroll and you see the difference right away in resistance. It is low impact as you move as fast or slow pace as you want. I started most of the exercises without rolling the band (start with the red one that comes on it as this is the lowest resistance one) and a few I could do right away rolling the band. Just release the tension slowly on the bar and it will unroll automatically for you. There is also a black band in the bag that comes with it. This is when you feel you have used all the tension on the red band and need more. I may never get to that at my age. I have bursitis in my shoulders and this never bothered me at all. I felt good after doing it also. I will definitely be using this for a long time.

Thanks for your review. I have an injury now with either a thigh or groin injury, so it will have to wait. I am tired of treadmill for cardio, so how are the dvds ??? Fun ?

When Tony has a presentation he shows a lot of different exercises when sitting in a chair. You can do the upper body by holding down the hand grips with your feet. Haven't found any upper body exercise I could not do while sitting down. With a bench press type of motion it is better if you can lean back when doing them as it works those muscles more specifically.

Some leg and lower body exercises are harder to do while sitting, but I still found a way to work them to my satisfaction. For me this doesn't take the place of my machines or free weights, but it certainly can be used for almost every muscle group.

Re: Tony Little Easy Shaper Exerciser

I tried the Chair Exercise DVD-lots of good exercises and only as hard as you put the resistance. There are leg exercises for inside and outside your legs and hips. There are arm and waist exercises also. A good DVD.

I did the Dance DVD and it is also good except I have a bad right shoulder so a little harder for me to do some of the exercises that involved lifting my arms.

I love all the exercises that the chart gives you and I do continuously. I am pleased at the intensity of the workout to set to my level. I will do 5 days a week and rest the other two days. Later on when I built my muscles up more I will do every day.

I hope this answers your questions on the DVD's BigBro6.

Re: Tony Little Easy Shaper Exerciser

This sounds great for home workouts. I watched the video & was impressed.

I have way too many workout (weight training) things taking up space & have been thinking I need ot get rid of much of it that is not necessary. This would be a good replacement. I like the gym but having a good alternative that would mean fewer visits to the gym would be wonderful.

Re: Tony Little Easy Shaper Exerciser

We have an Exercise Bike, Tony Little Health Rider, Total Gym, and Tony Little Gazelle. I have the Total Gym and Health Rider in my front yard For Sale today. My husband likes the exercise bike and Gazelle. I like the Gazelle and Tony Little's Easy Shaper Exerciser. The bar takes up little space and disassembles when needed.

When we moved several years ago we downsized so the extra room when these sell will be nice. I put a lot of money in the two I am selling but someone else will really enjoy them. I will miss the Total Gym.
