Tony Little Easy Shaper Exerciser

I received my Tony Little's Easy Shaper Total Body Exerciser set with 5 DVD's yesterday. I can't believe what a workout this does and how easy it is to do this. I emailed it to my sister and she also ordered one also. My sister had a stem cell transplant about three months ago and exercise is part of her program to keep her strong. She has multiple myeloma. I have a mitral valve problem that exercise is suppose to help strengthen the heart muscle.

I love this. I also have the Tony Little Gazelle Sprint Master that I use. I have a Total Gym Power Platinum and the Tony Little Heath Rider that I am going to sell. I can use the room and this new easy Shaper Total Body Exerciser can do all of what I need to do. The Easy Shaper has 5 DVD's and is on HSN right nowfor $39.95. Online it is $79.95. What a deal for what this does. It snaps together and has two sets of resistance bands. It has a great padded portion that goes around your neck and is curved to the shape of your neck. This does not compare to Greer Childers Body Flex Bar I own. I am giving that to a friend.

The DVD set has a Dance Fitness Routine, a Pilates Skinny Jean routine, Total Body Transformation, Express Abs and a Chair fit Body shaping DVD that anyone can do of all ages. It also comes with an exercise chart, diet manual, and owner's manual.

I am impressed and just wanted to share to those that can not afford or have room for large equipment. I can feel all the muscles already working from the one routine set I just did. I just turned 65 years old and I can do this. It also has an exercise bag to store in as it snaps apart for travel or storage.

Re: Tony Little Easy Shaper Exerciser

I bought his original one the first time I saw it. One can get a darned good workout with most all body parts with this device. One of the bands on mine broke and I decided I will wait until I see it at a special price and just buy the newer version of it.

Lots of times I just use it for something while watch TV or just talking with my wife. Very easy to use and very portable for those that travel.

I know there are others out there that have tried to replicate this device. I have tried 2 of them at different stores and that are not near the quality of Tony's so I will stick with his when the price looks right to me.

Thanks for sharing your success with this machine, I will look into it. I have the Tony Little Gazelle and love it also. It is the one exercise machine that I will always use, especially in the winter months when walking on the boardwalk just gets too cold. Good for you that you are taking good care of yourself.

I bought the previous version too and it's quite an easy and convenient tool for strength training at home. And reasonably priced.

I had a $10 coupon and ordered this. I will see if I can do this while sitting in a chair. Thank you for sharing and love the price plus coupon.

Re: Tony Little Easy Shaper Exerciser

I am glad to share my experience with this product. My husband even tried it tonight. I feel the muscles tonight that I used this morning when I worked out with the Easy Shaper. I won't get bored with all the DVD routines. I am glad I started slowly. Thanks for your feedback also.

Re: Tony Little Easy Shaper Exerciser

I just saw this yesterday and was curious. Is it low impact ? Is it easy to roll up the band to make the resistance harder ???

Re: Tony Little Easy Shaper Exerciser

Hi BigBro6,

The bands are so easy to roll and unroll and you see the difference right away in resistance. It is low impact as you move as fast or slow pace as you want. I started most of the exercises without rolling the band (start with the red one that comes on it as this is the lowest resistance one) and a few I could do right away rolling the band. Just release the tension slowly on the bar and it will unroll automatically for you. There is also a black band in the bag that comes with it. This is when you feel you have used all the tension on the red band and need more. I may never get to that at my age. I have bursitis in my shoulders and this never bothered me at all. I felt good after doing it also. I will definitely be using this for a long time.
