Re: Thoughts on Jenny Craig or Nutrisystems?

My appetite is easier to manage when I eat low carb, @AngelPuppy1.  I don't eat anything in the evening.

If you want prepared food, maybe try some of the lower calorie/carb frozen meals for much less expense. 🤷‍♀️ I don't like the ones I have tried but have friends that found ones they like.

Good luck.  It's tough.

@SouthernBee

I have a lot of back and ankle issues as well.  So, yes, it does limit what you can do.  That's great that the cubi works well for you.  I have been looking up the Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig and they have both gotten very expensive.  I think I am going to have to look into something else.  Take care!

Congrats on your success! I tried WW a couple times years ago and didn't care for it.  Thanks for your post.

@tansy

Thank you.  With the bad weather I haven't been able to get out much to see what is available in the food stores.  I look to do a lot of research - labels, etc.

@AngelPuppy1 I am sorry care for it, what n to care for you get a selection of hundreds of foods, I guess you would rather have some one deliver food to you so all you have to do is heat and eat. Word to the wise that stuff is full of additives and chemicals. How much do you think you want to loose

I am NOT saying that at all!  I never said that I just want to have someone deliver me food so all I have to do is heat and eat and eat food full of additives and chemicals.  I didn't start this topic to be insulted.  Thanks for your reply.  Over and out....

Re: Thoughts on Jenny Craig or Nutrisystems?

@AngelPuppy1, I tried Nutrisystem several years ago and had great success. I didn't care for the pizza's at all but most of the other foods was tolerable. I thought it was a bit pricey for what you got but I did lose a lot of weight so it was worth it. Fast-forward to now, I need to drop a few pounds but I've decided to prepare my own food. Good Luck on what you decide.

@JYWilliams

I haven't decided what I am doing yet.  I am doing my research.  Thank you for your post.  I appreciate it.
