Gabapentin helps me now but I'm on up to 3 pills 4x daily. Each pill is 300mg

Check Amazon. I think they sell things specifically made to separate toes like those. My husband keeps my feet going as well. It’s hard for me to see bottoms of my feet so he checks for me.

Please look up HSAN. It’s a genetic mutation which causes these symptoms. A neurologist treats it but it is not widely known and may need to be explained, even to top docs.

I had it in my feet as a result of chemotherapy in 2012 as well as  in my fingertips. Tried all the b vitamines as well as ALA and it's many combos--with no results.  Tried gabapentin --that made me have heart issues so stopped with it all. My onc dr said if it doesn't go away 12-18 months after chemo then it prob won't. It is nerve damage from the drugs. But it did go away from my feet after a few years, my fingertips are still numb tho. Can feel more now than 12 years ago but still have trouble with dexterity ---

I have neuropathy in my feet, legs up to calves and thumbs and index finger tips.
