@Susan Louise Yes, you remind me of our "my way or the highway" poster from some time back who trolled everyone posting about health.

I don't follow your magic pill, I am somewhat over weight and have excellent blood work and no real issues, go to the doc for checkups 2x year.

@hckynut is right with what he said. What you say is dangerous for a lot of people.

@pupwhipped I was so glad when she got booted off. It was all advertising. I hope the mods will pay attention. There is sharing information, then there is stalking and bullying people and posts who simply have other opinions.

She was awful. We could not have any discussion about health issues for her intrusions. One lovely lady who posted has never been back.

For me personally, it has been a great thing to get processed foods out of my diet. I will continue to eat lower fat, higher fiber too. I will not be adding coconut oil or bacon grease to my foods.

I stay away from processed keto products on the whole.

Dr Eric Westman is a good source for a healthy low-carb keto-type diet if anyone is interested. He's definitely not a quack having seen patients at Duke University for 20 years.

Totally inappropriate to bring a discredited neo nazi into this forum. Keto is a useful diet format. I don't think it is at all helpful to associate that diet with a political fascist movement and white supremacy. All way outside the bounds of QVC.

I'm interested in low carb and paleo and keto. Not at all interested in a documentary by a hateful bizarre person and I look very much askance at anyone who is promoting material produced by a person like that.

Just Google "Oh, for Pete's sake: The rise and fall (and possible rise) of Pete Evans" to see the truly disgusting things he's done. Not QVC appropriate.

I also want to add that Ken Berry's videos have been touted many times on the Wellness Forum. In addition to currently having his medical license on probabation status, it was previously suspended. There is much more information about this guy, if you care to Google his name.
