I've had one for years, got it from ShopHQ. I need to dig mine out & start using it as well.

I felt that way, too! 8) When they say it's also a cardio workout, they are correct. You will feel much stronger in a couple of weeks. I did just as much as I could (and that was very little) every day. Now I get that rhythm and can really get going!

I know there is a learning curve but, for the life of me, I cannot do the exercise with the blade in front of me in the vertical position. Checked Youtube for tutorials and none really break it down. I'm fine with the other exercises but I cannot get the blade to move properly in this position. Does anyone have any tips? TIA

You gotta move your hips and upper legs and move the Blade a very short distance to get the rhythm. Also bend your legs so like you are doing a "half/squat", that seems to allow the upper body more ease to get the hips moving.
That is what I found to be the easiest. When you get this right I can almost guarantee you that you will not be able to do it for very long. It works so many muscles you can feel it in a big/fast hurry.

Thanks. I'm going to try it when I get home from work.

I'm not great at it, yet, but I find if you hold it closer to your body, you can see it working. It's a really hard one, but it's working all of your body and I believe an important one. Don't give up!!! 8)

Does it take a while to see more movement in the blade? I feel like it should be moving more yet it feels very stiff.

I just tried mine today. I watched a youtube video and the guy kept bent knees. I am trying to keep the motion on the strong side since he looked like he had the blade really moving. I can't figure out the verticle yet.
Do you feel sore after using this?

I'm such a klutz, I'd probably destroy the house.
