I walk for bone health so once it is warm I try to walk at least 2 miles several times a week. Today was nice so DH and I took a walk. I prefer to walk faster than he does but today we went at his pace.

Keep from getting bored? Hmmm, didn't know one could get bored when doing their workout. When I was in Cardiac Rehab I saw several riding stationary bikes while reading the newspaper. Is that because they were bored?
I do change up what exercises I do in my workouts, even ice skating, but never from being bored. Just for working certain muscle groups at different angles to include more of their fibers.
But, I am kinda that way in about everything I guess. My wife can't get how I can eat the same foods every day for months. She says "get some variety"! I just tell her I like what I eat and it fuels my body the way I like it. She just shakes her head.

Well i do get a bit bored doing the same routine of exercise and like to change it up a little @hckynut
I get bored with the same foods! But nothing wrong with eating the same foods all of the time either
I always like to hear your thoughts and Dont mind you picked on me one bit lol.

@CherryHugs I'm a big fan of Jessica too.I rotate her 30 day weight loss series with other collections I have. I like that in 30 minutes,you feel like you have a good workout.
My SIL told me about an exercise website called hasfit. She said they have varying workouts with degrees of difficulty labeled. She's pretty intense in her workouts so I'm not in her league.She did say they have low impact if preferred.I know it's nice to try different routines to keep moving.
