My wife visited Target and they have TP. We bought a 30 pack at Costco shortly before the hoarding started. With 2 people? We are fine.

I'm also fairly stocked up but have been shipping some to my mom down in Fl.  She's 93 and I don't want her going out to find some with her aide.  I did use Instacart for a few grocery orders for her but no TP was available so I'll ship more to her next week.

I was at the supermarket this afternoon for the first time in 3 weeks.  The TP and paper towel isle was empty put they were just putting out 6 packs of Angel Soft TP....one per customer and I had to pick up one.  One box of tissues too.

Speaking of going to the store, I had my paper mask on for the first time and I felt so odd wearing it!  It was hard to breathe at first and it kept fogging up my glasses.

I went to the fish counter and the clerk couldn't understand what I was saying...such a weird experience!

We happened to pick up a big pkg of tp at Sam’s just before the hoard began also. Still have a ton left since it’s just the two of us.

I was in Walmart about an hour ago.  I always look for toilet paper because I did not hoard.  I have a few rolls.  To my surprise they had 12 packs, I was standing to an older guy and we both just stood there lol.  I told him I had not seen toilet paper since March.  (I have not been to costco or sams club)  He started laughing and we both grabbed one and he said we are going to be alright.  Then the store started playing KC and the sunshine band.  I almost broke out in a dance.

Walmart is stepping up their game.  Only one way in and out and a staff is counting who goes in.  They sanitize every self check out when someone leaves.  Employees had masks on and people were keeping their distance from each other.  Of course I had my mask on.  Oh and I paid under 2.00 a gallon for gasSmiley Happy I am in Reno.

@sunshine 919 :  Amazingly, as of yesterday, most of the WM cashiers didn't wear masks (really?).

One of my favorite employees at my grocery store said he obviously couldn't be sure, but he'd heard one customer tell another that he bought TP at Big Lots.   I went over there last Sunday and they had those 6 roll mega packs for $5 ... so I got two.

Funny thing is, when I saw it, it was such a shock to see it that I had to check both sides of the package to make sure it was TP and not something else!  It was like seeing the proverbial mirage in the desert!   LOL

So .... if you need some, try your local Big Lots stores .... early in the day, of course.   HTH

Amazing isn't it.  When I got my gas today the mini mart had placed a barrier in front of the cashiers, like a big clear piece of glass, they were not wearing masks.  It surprises that all cashiers are not wearing them and gloves for that matter, they are handling money.
