@qualitygal I had an elderly friend years ago who told me she was taking Ginko for her memory - I asked her how it was going and she said it would be fine if I could remember to take it.

It would take me HOURS to write them all down... I take a lot of supplements. I have for the last 25 years.

I take only what I need based on regular lab tests; B12, D3, Magnesium, and iron (twice a week).

I take no suppliments and I never did, even while pregnant.

@bebe777...thank you for posting all the information on the supplements you take that was an amazing post! Much appreciated. Today I ordered the joint supplement for the arthritis in my spine, I am hoping for good resuts.

I think we need to talk to our personal doctors and other professionals that know us personally do choose supplements. My nutritionist says most of them are hype and wasted money, jmo.

I agree 100%. If you are tested and have a deficiency that is different.
All of these miracle vitamins are being passed through our liver and not needed. LIver disease is a possibility. The FDA does not tightly regulate vitamins or herbal suppliments.
The human body has become a toxic mine field.
