@CherryHugs, were you peeping into my fitness class this morning?   Lol....this is exactly what we did plus a few more this morning.  Very quickly so that we got aerobic benefit, too.  These are perfect for me since getting on the floor and up again is difficult since I have knee issues.  Great video.

Great toning and cardio combo.  It could be modified, with lessened intensity and still be a good workout.

@CherryHugs

The ab work I like the best is just the opposite. No weight whatsoever on my body. Teeter in full Inversion, and do several types of different curls. Haven't found 1 harder, nor as effective.

Can work upper and lower independently, same with the obliques. Gotta do some twisting with those to get 'em exact. Also can really works the quad if I want, great for my skating, if the rink ever opens again.

Six pack is still there, but loose skin dims them a little. No way I know of but "the knife" to beat that gravitational pull!

@CherryHugs I have been doing HASfit videos for almost a year.  They have many standing ab exercises.  For the first time in my life I can actually SEE my abs.  Not quite a six pack but pretty darn well for 55.

Not sure if the links below work..........I'm so not good with copying these things but they have a huge website with hundreds of workouts.

My Dad has the Teeter Inversion and he likes that, says it helps his back too.   Sounds good what you do.Robot wink  Im sure you are wanting the rink to open back up.  I would not go under the knife for any thing I dont have to. Not even later down the road when things are pulled by gravity some day! Robot Embarassed

I love to roller skate and ice skate! Robot Happy
